Learning Frequency Domain Codes for Semantic Vision is a research manuscript exploring frequency-domain representations for semantic vision.
It sits close to my own work on frequency-based image segmentation, including a PsychoNet-based decoder and the Fourier Shuffle operation for reconstructing spatial detail from learned frequency information.
